Are there any folks that work strictly in HR Operations? Can you share your job title, YOE, and compensation?

I'm an HR Operations Manager with just under 2 YOE. I'm making $120k.

like

That's pretty good compensation for only 2 YOE, right?

I’m in advertising, almost 30 YOE across different industries, in 3 different states. $84K

like

Ops Generalist 2 in the PNW, tech. (Yes the title is a contradiction). 80k, but looking at other places currently which pay over 100k. 5 YOE.

like

Less than 3 specifically in Ops. I wouldn't say my experience is the best example though probably. I mostly do on and off boarding stuff, some HRIS transactions, and a lot of process design and documentation. Plus a lot of digitization work.

I do Payroll and HR amongst other things, title of Office Manager. Been at this company 23 years, doing HR and payroll about 10 years. Not enough, 60K

What exactly is HR Operations? Sounds like what I do but didn’t know there was a title for it

KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.

I am currently a HR Generalist for a small aerospace company, located in CA. I have been in a generalist role for a little over 4 years now and before that, I did recruiting/safety for about 3 years.
