Any good leadership books?
Big 4. Last year was a promotion year for me, and I killed it. Got the promo, the highest performance rating, a 15% raise, and a 20% bonus.
Got promoted to senior but did not get a raise to go with it. Firm keeping salaries flat this year due to COVID-19, but I was shocked when I found out promoted staff wouldn’t be getting a raise either. To me, this whole thing rings hollow because the firm has told us multiple times that they were projecting flat growth for the year when compared to last year (which was one of the best in firm history). Today is my first day back at work (and first full day back in my physical office) after a few weeks off for parental leave. Needless to say, I am struggling to stay focused on anything other than wanting to go back home to my spouse and child. I know I shouldn't take an emotional temperature on day one, but it has been more difficult being back than I anticipated. Any tips for navigating the waters for the first day/week/month back?
How worried is everyone about Corona virus?

Hello all, Currently have an official Offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for a Travel System Support Analyst in DC. Although it’s not my “dream” position I still feel compelled to accept it to have BAH on my resume, does anyone have any experience switching career paths/jobs while in Booz? Hello fishes, Need suggestions. I am working in a support project and the technology is O365 and SharePoint(on premises exchange included).I have 2 yoe in same field( it is my first job). I am thinking to switch the technology, I am afraid that as I don't have hands on experience on any other technology, will companies consider my resume for other role of I learn other technology through online courses Please provide your suggestions and thought
