Hi! I’m looking to jump the ship from retail mgmt (4+ years of leadership experience) and have been informally offered a client services position at CBRE. Retail bonuses help keep me between 65k-68k, currently. The offer for the CS position was 65k, not guaranteeing bonus. Does this sound like the going rate? Any insight is appreciated. CBRE

I don't know the answer to your question, but heads up: Epic is not an acronym. EPIC seems to be the spelling preferred by people who are unfamiliar with the product, which I assume is not what you're going for.
I think it’s a sign to invest time and energy in acquiring different skills. Epic was founded in the 1980s and had a boom in the mid 2000s as a result of the Obama era push for modernizing healthcare. My two cents, get GCP certified if you’re on the technical side or if you’re a consultant go for design thinking or agile skills.
Epic and revenue cycle are dead ends IMO. Companies like Cedar are changing the way paying for healthcare works. This traditional front end back end rev cycle will soon be a thing of the past.
