I’ve been thinking of making a switch from audit to TAS. I’m currently a S1 (2 busy seasons experience), and rated as a top performer at my firm. I’m contacted by Kroll, but recruiters there told me that since I haven’t got any TAS experience, I should be applying for their Analyst role instead of Senior Associate.
