Guys I need one suggestion, I got an offer from a Product based company with 30 LPA CTC and I am currently in Accenture. I have 7 years of experience. In Accenture, I have the request raised for a Canadian visa but do not have that so far. I am confused about what shall I do, take the 100% hike or go with the Onshore.
