In CA you can search within transparentcalifornia.com for the salaries/benefits/pension etc of any public employee. Not sure for other states but that is a starting point at least for you 👍
...Glassdoor... And if it is public information, FC1 is correct. Google the state/county/city and the school and the word teacher/cop/etc. and then slog through the search results. Some states, like NY, will bury that as deep as possible. In AZ, it’s usually a link on the front page of any school website.
