Are there any reliable sites to look up reviews of D.C. apartment buildings? I’m using Apartment List and have a few good candidates but it’s hard to discern which is best. Also any recs for 1-bedrooms around 2 - 2.4K?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. I had 10 slots to choose from. I took the first slot available. Three were one day earlier this week and the rest are next week. Does it look good (or desperate, lol) on my part that I took the first time or should I have waited until next week so that I would be fresher on their minds when choosing a candidate?
