What happened to all the great credit card sign up bonuses?

Any good ones lately? Feel like after all the sapphire reserve wars died down there hasn't been any good cards out anymore.

Bank of America ultimate rewards is best with platinum honors at BofA but where are all the new cards.

Amex platinum sucks and I dont think its worth it anymore. Thoughts?

Recently received 80k offer for Amex Gold and 150k offer for Platinum. Currently use CSR for travel and dining, which we will downgrade later this year as wife got CSP for 100k bonus (which we might upgrade to CSR to keep 1.5x redemption). Considering Gold for groceries (family of 4) and potentially for dining over CSP/CSR. With groceries, 4x return will just offset AF. Have no exp with MP. Worth getting gold? Can I later (next month) also get Platinum for bonus for when travel starts again?

My manager put a surprise calendar invite twice now to go to home office without consulting dates to see if we were available. I stood up and asked to be included on available dates and said I will attend virtually but asking me to be away for 4 additional full days away from my family without asking me is not OK. I recently changed my job and after the first month in the new work place, I got a change in title (one step up) but without any changes in salary or packages as I was told that if the company would offer someone that position now, that person would get the same package and that mine was higher than what people got from the lower grade.

I took the title, of course, and stepped up to lead a couple of projects. I like the work but I do feel uneasy about what happened…

I’ve been doing rev cycle consulting for a little under 2 years & I just know it’s not for me. I have an MHA and am more interested in management and operations in a hospital/clinical setting. I don’t want to pursue a career in rev cycle, and am hoping to find my way to some sort of operations, patient experience, or general departmental management position in a hospital. I think the hardest part is figuring out what type of “entry level” position is the right start. Any advice is appreciated!
