EY does but it's super competitive and generally reserved for managers and up. I've seen people who went to Switzerland and also the UK
I’ve seen a couple of seniors get it, so not uncommon depending on office and your own competency to potentially do a rotation even before manager
All firms have international rotations. It’s competitive and also need based. Salaries vary but you generally will make less money. Places like London are probably the most competitive.
^this. The national firms and big 4 firms will be the ones with these opportunities. You generally have to be a strong performer, and have to show a commitment to the firm (or show the valid reasoning for what the firm will get out of it).
My neighbor, who works at PwC, did an international rotation. I think we all have these programs.
Deloitte has secondment opportunities. You can apply and go for 1 - 3 years. You then come back to your home firm.
KPMG has England and Netherlands. Could be more but that’s what I’m aware of.
Yes all Big4 have this. Very competitive and usually reserved for manager and above. I went on a tax rotation for 1 year with a lower tier firm when I was a tax senior associate and it was a garbage experience (I was doing intern level work the entire year because no one prepared for my arrival whatsoever).
I stopped doing rotations years ago because I’m so niche I have a lot of freedom to do what I want - so I use the strategy of just quitting one firm and get hired by another firm (all within the same firm so on my CV no one knows the difference). It’s better suited for my personal circumstances since I have no intention of returning to the US. I’m also above manager now.
