Anyone else feel like they’re crawling up the walls lately? I wanted to start a thread. What vitamins / supplements / medications are you taking for your menopause symptoms? I’m supposed to take Estradiol pills twice per day but sometimes am horrible at remembering. I should be taking D3 per my Doctor but when I ran out earlier in the year I never bought more. Hi Everyone! Between corona and snowstorms, “real life” is seeming as far off as anything else. Curious to hear what some people are doing to keep their employees engaged? Zoom happy hours are dead.. we did a few “virtual contests” (i.e., everyone submitted a pic of themselves dressed up for Halloween, allowing former years as entries, and made a slide show for voting the winner), but I’d like to go a little bigger. Suggestions??

I was fired with someone else’s number and never got a proper write up . I was with the company for eight years. I didn’t have a write up before that one. This seems to happen within two months of me reporting my manager for unlawful recruiting practices.

Is anyone else trying to find the balance between being for the company and for the employees?
I've been told I'm too much in favour of the employees when I'm defending the lower-paid employees, or talking about employee well-being, but somehow it's ok when the higher-ups go out of their way to give the higher-paid employees financial assistance, or to allow toxic managers to continue in their positions because their feelings shouldn't be hurt.
