Are there any workouts with high caloric burn that can be performed without engaging feet/ankles? I am not aware of any upper body workouts that burn many calories; trying to stay in shape while recovering from sprained ankle.

Bet you pull ups burn ton of calories. No feet needed. Rowing machine too.

helpful

Pullups will burn calories but the fraction of people who can do enough of them to burn meaningful calories is extremely low. Rowing machine is a good rec though, just be careful with form.

Try Insanity Max 30 while using the modifier. No to low impact moves.

Try swimming (if possible). Uses your legs but not your ankle. Also might help you heal up faster

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.

I’ve been with my bf for 18 months and we have not said ‘I love you’ to one another. It feels like we are friends who sleep together. I can’t tell if it’s healthy or if we just have no emotional spark. Idk... I feel like wanting romance is not a bad thing, right?

I feel like now that i feel better overall, I'm disregarding that part of me but wishing i still had that drive to feed my spiritual self. Any ideas on how to bring it back to my life in a way that doesn't really feel forced?
