Yes! Most companies due tuition reimbursement. Mine paid for my CLCS a few years ago
State Farm does!
Liberty Mutual will pay all your expenses, provide a monetary bonus on completion and pay for your travel to the conferment ceremony (not sure if they still cover that last part though)
They do pay for conferment and also up to $5000 (or 5% of your salary) for charter level designations.
State Farm did not sure if they still do. I worked there years ago.
I worked at StateFarm just about 1 year ago and know people that still work there. Yes they do still pay for you to get professional certifications

Most carriers will pay for CPCU (might require supervisor approval), but most will not give you study time during with hours. Totally worth doing CPCU, especially if the goal is to get out of claims.

Without question CPCU will give you a giant leg up to move to UW
Markel - including study time during the work day as projects permit. My daily tasks are priority but if I can manage my projects, I can have 1 hour of my workday dedicated to studying.
Most of big companies will pay for the major designations (CPCU, CLU, ChFC) . When I was with State Farm, they paid for my CPCU registration, books and even paid me to travel for conferment. They also allowed me to take half day during test days. However, the study time was all on my personal time outside work.
