McMaster Carr pays for any masters degree no questions asked

like

Many. Cisco has/had a tuition reimbursement process that would cover it up to a certain amount, but that amount was generally more than enough to cover it for all but the most Ivy League of $chools.

like

Yes. There a lot of companies that will pay for employees' education reimbursements but the most known companies that do this are Google and MSFT. The amount would still vary though.

I have friends and family whose tution was fully paid by Deloitte after signing a 3 year contract to work for them after they get their degree.

Lockheed does. As long as you stick to something technical related to your role or an MBA. But you can even get reimbursed for PhD as long as you don't blow the lifetime limit

At Chevron they will pay 75%.

I went to a psychologist and answered an ADHD questionnaire, basically scoring the highest possible score for ADHD. Long story short: the psych told me that since I made it through law school with a decent/good GPA l don’t have ADHD.

Has anyone been told this? I.e., that since you’re a “professional” and have had good grades you don’t have ADHD? I just feel it’s a bit unfair since I had to work myself to the bone just to stay focused and understand the material.

Hi Guys, INDMoney or GlobalSign.in, which is a better place to work as a DevOps engineer in terms of learning curve for an entry level experience candidate? Any ideas?

People realize the recession is only just starting right? So far we have only had a few rate rises, with many more to come. Stocks are down a little, but only just barely into bear territory. Major companies will be reporting large losses soon, but that hasn't happened yet, and the market will react to that.

No major companies have begun large layoffs yet, either, so far we are only seeing a few minor hiring freezes. And of course we haven't seen bankruptcies yet, but they are surely coming.

I've become disillusioned with the partnership track career path fairly quickly and don't think it's for me. Before taking a large pivot and leaving the law entirety, I've thought about going in-house.

(1) Are there any downsides to going in-house too early?

(2) Would it make it more difficult to go back to private practice if I don't like that experience?
