Hi Folks, I have a query for my cousine who works in Accenture. She has received an offer from TCS , however Accenture is retaining her. Do you know if she will be considered in future for TCS . Reason why she want to keep the dorr open for TCS since there are only few companies in her location.

Can someone tell me what the purpose of sending paper copies are if you send an original? My firm is 100% digital and virtual everything is scanned and I have no paper in the office. I have never needed to produce a paper copy.

Have been the company I work for appr 10 years. Was given a big increase 4 years ago (13k per year) and not given anything after that. Hve worked some weeks 6 days a week and have filled in when one of my staff resigned. Even worked the first 4 days after my brother passed away last year. I recently asked for am increase and my boss mentioned the increase from 4 years ago. They finally came back to me.with a small increase after all these years. Any advice on my next move?

How many jobs did you apply to and interview for before receiving an offer? Since the beginning of the year, I’ve applied for positions at 21 companies and had interviews with 6, still interviewing with 3 of those 6. I haven’t received any feedback from the companies that I did interview with but was not offered a position. I know that I will land somewhere, eventually!
