How long does it typically take to hear back after a final round (meeting of the founder) for a LMM? It’s been a few weeks, but have received a few emails as to why. With lack of a formal HR and recruiting, I wasn’t sure if this is normal or not a good sign

But today I got mail saying that 'You are invited to apply for Senior Consultant position and asking me to fill application form.
What does this mean? Will I haveve attend interview again? Or is it auto generated mail?

What's a really good "difficult" question that you as a candidate can ask the (big law) interviewer?

Context: I had callbacks at a big law firm while i was in law school and after one partner finished her questions and I finished asking my questions, she told me to ask her a really tough question, something to really stump her. l fumbled and am pretty sure that majorly factored into the rejection.

What would you ask?

A question for recruiters with knowledge of Applicant Track Systems (ATS). Do products like Greenhouse show if an applicant has applied at other companies? I imagine not, as it would be a massive privacy violation if that was the case.

Any useful advice on coping with feelings of failure? I have 1.5years of experience in Angular and recently i started looking for job opportunities. I was hoping that it will take 2-3 months at least to find a job opportunity and then when i serve 90 days notice period then I'll have around 2years of experience. But i got an offer letter in the first company i interviewed at and they are offering 80% hike.

My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. But when I come into her shift or come into my shift after hers nothing is done for me. A lot of the prep is not done. And she complains about me not doing the prep. Stuff Is still dirty. One day she left the grill on. Etc. There was another manager there training to run another store and she said I basically do a lot of the work while she doesn't do much. So she stood up for me.

Available to help with resume / essay review - I went through the application process this cycle and got a lot of help from others. I have bandwidth to help if anyone needs over the next month. (I’m not an admissions consultant so my inputs may not be the best but got interviews with 5 M7 of the 6 M7 I applied to and can try to help with what I learnt)

Should essays be written in a narrative (e.g., story) or more as a personal statement? I’ve always been told to show not tell but successful H/S essays I’ve seen have always been personal statement types. Would appreciate any tips!
