Are there layoffs at your company?

I’m interviewing for new product roles and one of my top contenders is a Product Manager role in Peloton. Anyone who is a current employee that can share insights on the on-site interview and the culture. Especially after the layoffs

I’m ex Accenture and have been laid off since Aug.. still no job. I know it’s a tough time, but from what people make it seem “I should have found a job by now bc I’m ex Accenture.” Am I just not... good enough or behind ?

Question for those that are familiar with how severance pay works. I received a package a while back and was paid bi-weekly severance. The payments ended a few months ago but just the other day I had a severance deposit. Curious if it’s possible to get additional payment at this point or does this look like a mistake? I know the logical answer might be to just call but I’ll be honest in that I am still looking for a job and this would definitely help me. Thanks for your advice!

Are the layoffs done in Analytics Dept or are they yet to do it?
Also is this layoff a regular periodic exercise? I am asking this since I came to know that Innovaccer did a similar thing back in 2020 where 100 people were layed off and most were interns.

Was laid off in Sept. Unfortunately we will be seeing many more coming. It's what happens in a recession. Unfortunately I now also have my age against me. Not in a mentally good place at the moment.

Has anyone ever tried going for therapy without knowing exactly what they’re trying to fix? I don’t think I have any diagnosable problems (to my knowledge), but I get caught up in my own head sometimes and get bogged down with anxiety/ self-esteem issues. I'm new to the Fidelity HSA account. If I have all my money in my HSA invested into stocks, bonds, etc. (No cash balance at all) and I suddenly have to pay for a medical expense, do I have to first manually sell the stocks to pay off my medical bill, or will Fidelity automatically sell the stocks for me so that I can pay for my medical bill?

Just need to vent. I Learned the hard way that your coworkers and partners are not your friends. They’re only friendly when it serves them. I was so close with some of the partners at my firm, they’d come to events with my non work friends, were supportive of major life changes and would keep in touch daily. Ever since giving notice, they’ve been giving me the cold shoulder and it hurts. I can’t wait to get out of here. My only regret is staying here as long as I did and wasting time.
