Has anyone worked in the disaster recovery Space and went directly into fraud? I’ve worked on disaster recovery projects as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Essentially we make sure no fraud is occurring. I haven’t had any luck finding a remote fraud role without my applications getting denied. I’ve been thinking about getting my CFE, as I’m sure that might help.

Any tips on how to night wean?
We co sleep (and that’s the only way we can sleep right now) and our 1yo wakes up three times at night to feed and fall right back to sleep(roughly every two hours). He cries bloody murder if i try and soothe him otherwise or keeps waking up every five mins before fully being awake.
How can I change this? Any ideas will be super appreciated’

Are you happy with your company’s women leadership programs? I have just switched jobs, and the new place has nothing in place internally although markets it as something they could help their clients with, which to me seems hypocritical. Also, on the c-suite team there are 5 older males and one female, all white. This is a global organization. I guess I’m super disappointed and have not realized how important it is to me until I joined a place that doesn’t care about it. What would you do?
