Had salary discussion with HR and got the salary break up on the mail.
Portal is showing evaluated status from friday last week .

How much time it will take to receive the offer letter ?

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Genuine question. How can people say that racism isn't a systematic issue in the US?

We had 300 years of slavery, 100 years of Jim Crow, and 50 years of mass incarceration. The original US Constitution said that black people were 3/5ths of human beings. I just don't see how someone can claim that racism isn't a serious historical issue in the US. It's not like all that bad history just magically went away one day.
