Are we headed into a world where we are divided by those who care for themselves and their families first versus the community? Comments I see here make me think so.

Who puts their family in second place behind community ?

Since you didn’t read the thread, Father Damien is an example of a Christian who put community before family relevant to M2’s comment. The selection was deliberate as it is topical. You’re projecting misguided anger and hostility over the reaction to AOC’s headlines I assume. I’d suggest you check your fragility.

We are currently divided by people who exclude their communities entirely from their wealth. They put their immediate families first, their luxuries second, and vices third. Community isn't even on the radar.

All forced altruism or forced charity is a waste of resources and nations which remove too much of the reward of work and measured risk taking, while simultaneously rewarding idle groups to continue to leech is doomed to fail catastrophically. Has anyone here drafted their own prenup? Context: I am first year attorney and my partner is about to start law school part time. Other than debt and our 401ks, neither of us is bringing much to the table in terms of assets. We want a prenup to opt out of equitable distribution laws and how martial property is defined. We aren’t sure it is worth the expense of both hiring lawyers to draft what is likely to be a simple document. But we also want a prenup that will hold up in court.

Hi, does anyone have any insight into what kind of 100% remote career options there are for an accountant? I just graduated and I'm trying to get my CPA exams knocked out before working. I'm very indecisive on where I want my career to go but I value working remote a great deal (even at the expense of climbing the ladder.)
