Are we supposed to get our H1B amended if we get promoted ?

I have been waiting to join Deloitte with H1B transfer. Received RFE early march and waiting for BAL (law firm) to send response. It has been almost 2 months and getting really anxious.
Irrespective of the result of rfe, atleast the filing should be done. I have also not received any response on reminder emails sent last week. Is this very common ?,
feeling really anxious and confused.

Hello fishes, i got an offer from Germany where the pay is 59k . They are helping me out with the initial setup including finding home, stay for 2 months visa and tickets. Also, there are 4 bonuses each quarter with min of 25% as bonus. My total years of experience is 8 years and I am an sap technical consultant. Let me know if this is a good pay. Hi, how does a h1b transfer work? my current visa expires in 2024,but I’m on my first 3 years. If I do a transfer now, will the expiry date be the same? Or will it be 3 years out from the approval date of the new transferred h1b visa?

Everything else equal, would you take an offer that is 30k higher in comp (180k vs 150k) but will start GC in 1 year or a lower offer that starts on Day 1?
