Yep! Have a designated covid zone and clean zone. Wipe everything down before transferring. Produce gets set out and washed extra well before using. Not eco-friendly but have been trying to source more produce already packaged and not sitting out/loose. Bleach all surfaces after putting away clean items. And then shower and put on fresh clothes.

Anything that goes into the fridge or freezer gets washed or wipes down. Everything else stays in the trunk or garage for 2 days

Wiping them down with Clorox wipes just as a precaution but I’m not convinced it’s really necessary.
I have Clorox wet wipes and rubbing alcohol on a stoop in my backyard. Lol

Delivery orders and other food I’m going to eat ASAP yes,along with plastics. Otherwise, no.
Probably overkill but yes. I lay it all out on the counter. Spray it all with a Lysol aerosol, let sit for a few minutes and wipe with a clean cloth as I put in in fridge/cabinet.

This has proven to be too time consuming so now I’m considering just lighting it all on fire and blowing it out before the packaging melts.
