I think it's fantastic this bowl has been made, it can be very hard to get away from US- centric consulting info. Whenever I search for consulting salary benchmarks I consistently find US consulting salaries which I believe isn't at all comparable to UK salary figures for the same role. Anyone else find the same?

A PPMD told a friend of mine to put hours worked on one client under a different clients charge code. I've heard of being told to eat hours but how serious could something like this be for compliance?
Have an offer at boutique firm for 100k but have always wanted to work with Deloitte. Deloitte is preparing a written offer. Kind of nervous to see what the salary offer will be. Back story cont'd...
Under 2 YOE and received a job offer from a small (<15 people) deal valuation strategy consulting firm that’s supposed to (according to historicals and leadership claims) hopefully grow quickly. $120k + $55k bonus. They’ve historically given everyone the target bonus. Am I overthinking this? I don’t want to be a lifetime consultant but this seems a bit too good to be true. I have to take it, right? Will going to such a small firm stunt any chance of a good industry exit in the next 5-7 years?
The year is 2023 and the ad agency you started has made the list of top creative agencies. Your company allows for remote work but the agency also has a physical location as the main office. What city would you have your office located in and why?

Hey everyone. I was accepted to Columbia's MBA through deferred admission in college. Currently wondering if I should matriculate in Aug 2021 with 2 YOE or Aug 2022 with 2.5 YOE (would take .5 yr off to travel).
I feel ready for a new job, and would also like to get to a post-MBA salary faster, so a 2021 start makes sense. Also feel like a perk of getting in early is not having to chase YOE to impress programs when applying.
However, I know many MBA recruiters look for 3+ YOE. Advice?
For those who worked 2 years in consulting then 1-2 years elsewhere, who did you approach for writing letters of rec? Individuals from your first or second job? Would it be appropriate to have one consulting client from my first job write a letter of rec and a current manager from my second job write my other letter of rec?
I was promoted to scon this year and unwittingly made part of delivery pool. Ever since this, my responsibilities seems to be capped at year 1 con level. I'm back to solving tickets and being ordered around by others. I used to be a lead in a project and this really feels like a step down. Manager refuses to acknowledge any issues with my performance and scatterplot remains slightly above average.
This is really affecting my mental health and I'm considering looking out for other opportunities.
What's the new M1 non-MBA salary in FS?

Currently my wify's package is 7.5 LPA at Capgemini as SAP ABAP developer and with overall experience of around 5.5ys.She has cleared all technical rounds in Accenture and having HR round in next week.how much she should asks for package?why I'm asking this because she was selected to the same Accenture in 2019 and at that time she asked 80 percent hike and for that reason the profile was kept on hold and eventually joined Infosys at that time
