Hi everyone. I got job offers at both GSK and Astrazeneca in the UK. Both are senior scientist positions. The one at GSK is on method development of biologics and the one in AZ is on formulation development of biologics. The base salary+bonus of AZ is about 15% higher than GSK.

Is there anyone worked for both companies? Which company would you recommend?

Hi Fishes, I am having one year experience as a Backend Engineer. I am having a offer of 7 LPA as a Business Analyst in a start-up also looking forward for Product Management Role in coming years.

TCS offered me a Data Engineer Profile with usual hike, will be getting around (3.75).

Why are companies not more transparent about salaries? It should be required to list the salary range in a posting. Last year I got an offer from tcs which I had accepted initially but did not join ultimately. I had notified the same to the recruiter over call and mail. It's been one year and I see all those details in the portal still exist and hence I am not able to apply the same. Can anyone tell when they will delete the old application.

note:- I know there are lots of other companies than tcs, just wanted to know for informational purpose.

According to you which one is better:

1. Look for 10 offers from service based company where no assurance for WLB with same hike/offer
2. Look for that 1 offer from good product based organization with same hike/offer where WLB is good.
