Entirely transactional, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I think the focus on being 'engaged' with your work comes from the belief that people will only do well or apply themselves if they are engaged which isn't true.As long as you put forth the right amount of effort, there's no problem with making your job a purely transactional part of your life.
That really depends on how I'm doing. Sometimes, I'm motivated to give more. Sometimes, I need motivation to get anything done.
Highly, highly transactional. Completely disassociated from the work.
I'd say completely engaged. It's fortunate and unfortunate, depending on the day lol
