Most definitely! I block time for self care - which includes gym time for one hour before lunch
I try to exercise every day. I have it on a list of tasks to do each day. I don't go to a gym, though.
I'd say start by having a simple routine you can stick to, and build up to the point where you can add in all the habits you'd like.
Yeah yeah. I go to gym daily in the morning. But still waking up early to first have pre-workout meal and then coming back all exhausted to continue with work is sometimes feels like a bother
I used to have cravings in the evening and would order lot of junk food for snacks. I made a decision and uninstalled Swiggy and Zomato. I'm happy now, all I eat is home food and biscuits. I have reduced weight, considerably.
No gym, just work and rest and again repeat. Life cycle is little messed up!
Little??!!
Unfortunately right after everything kicked off, I injured my leg and was restricted to physical therapy only for 7 months. I'm healed now but really struggling to get a gym routine going again.
Just buy the costliest membership with personal trainer. The amount of money spent will be a driving factor😂
Youtube is my gym! I do a mix of different videos depending on the day (I make a schedule for myself) and I work out in the mornings before breakfast. I was doing that pre-pandemic anyway so just ramped it up now. Don't feel the need to go to the gym, and I keep slowly adding equipment when needed. I've started doing a lot of yoga too as a way to balance cardio and HIIT workouts etc
