Hi! I am looking for a WFH job. I’m not having any luck with finding any HR positions.

I recently took a week a off and realized I want more flexibility and don’t want to be tied to the office plus I was recently assigned ALL onboarding’s (virtual and in-person) and I just want a new job because I didn’t sign up for this.

Does anyone have experience with apartment complex that wouldn’t fix a maintenance issue? In my case the water pipe in my bathroom is making so much noise 24/7 I can barely sleep at night. Maintenance is very slow/wouldn’t fix it. Is there a way I can put pressure on them?

I am definitely not gonna risk my career flirting with a coworker. Being fired or cancelled for that sorta thing would ruin not just my life but my family who I support. Lots of other fish in the sea over at competitor firm🧐

Part of a BD now, thinking of going on my own as RIA. Costs would be about 50% less, which makes it seem like an obvious choice. Have a deep family friend relationship with current firm, though. I don’t want to burn a bridge, but am I crazy to be a bit upset that the relationship could keep me from doing what I think may be right? Really struggling with that part of the decision.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously.
