I have an interview for an in-house position that prefers MBAs. For those who have successfully transitioned from agency to in-house without an MBA: Any insights on how to best position yourself?
An interviewing company hasn’t offered me the job yet but is asking me for my visa documents so their counsel can take a look. I assume they want to see how much time is left before extending offer. Has anyone been in this situation yet? I’m a bit wary of sending over personal legal documents when things are still up in the air
Turning 30 and just feel like I’m getting dumber. I am a smart person (at least relatively) and work at MBB but lately I just feel as though I have not been as sharp as I normally am. I spent the last week drinking and going out till 3am every night (NYC) so that doesn’t help but are there any tips to regain my form and just become smarter?

M3A - 2-rated, only $3k base increase and $12k bonus (last yr $12k base increase, $8k bonus). Told the next step to get a large base increase is promotion. Is this bullshit to keep me hanging on?
Hi team, I did my mba in 2019 Was in an IT Company in presales profile and now joining KPMG finance transformation roles. Designation - associate consultant. Joining in September end. Is there any chance I can make for promotion by next yr to consultant. The associate consultant designation will put me behind 2019 batch mates (at par with 2020 batch) . I already have 2.5 yrs post mba work ex. Do let me know. Want to understand if i am making the right offer or should I reject it.
First time in San Diego, staying in Gas Light. I'm solo the next two days followed by gf coming. Food/spot recommendations? Please! 😄
