I received offer in TCS and has joining date of 21-Feb. Last week I requested for a counter offer with HR and he agreed to take that case and match. After all this I received another offer (2.5 lakhs more than the offer I shared with TCS HR) now how to proceed. Whether it is wise to ask again for counter.. if yes please help any..

Anyone have tips for a successful FET? I had two failed FETs last year, but finally gearing up for another FET in a few weeks and having mixed emotions. Worried that we’ll have the same outcome as before, but also hopeful that *maybe* this will be the one that works for us. Most likely getting fired, tips on how to find a job ASAP? I made a pretty big mistake that required supplemental filings with government offices to fix (missed some items when reviewing/comparing long lists of things across 20-30 years). It’s fixable and the client isn’t really getting hurt by this (worst case signing gets delayed), but my anxiety is telling me to prepare for the worst. Can I ask for extra time at the firm to find a new job (so I wasn’t “fired”)? Or should I go for severance?
