Hi fishes,
I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.
I told CTS HR that I have experience letter, relieving letter, salary slips , bank statement, but she says it's not enough. Any thoughts pls?
I lateraled in November and did not get year-end bonus (but got a massive sign-on bonus)
I got screwed when I lateraled end of August 2021. 2 weeks of non-billable onboarding and training. A slow October and January (my firm is on a 1/31 FY), and pow, no way in hell I hit the annualized goal.

I heard from a recruiter that most firms have cut-off dates between April to July 1. You should definitely check with a recruiter on the specific firm you’re interested in
I got it in an offer at the beginning of February

I lateraled in Nov (from in house) and got a guaranteed bonus, but my firm had a policy of no signing bonuses. Very chuffed though.

The timing doesn’t matter. But sometimes, if you come toward the end of the year, they prorate the bonus.

It is more about how long you are there to be entitled for the year end bonus. But it can also be negotiated based on supply and demand. When they are giving you money to make up for what you have lost, that is generally in a signing bonus.
