I (32M) take 2 multivitamin gummies every night. No idea if they’re actually beneficial, but they’re tasty and pretty cheap so… 🤷♂️

Also, consider looking at some male fitness influencers on the gram for some shake and smoothie recipes which will help get you your nutrients while not having too many calories.

Not sure it works..I started taking superfood 50 protein powder from costco..I dont exercise ..
Before bed I take glycine and magnesium to help sleep, and early in day I take Vitamin b12, D and zinc. Can swear by bed routine I sleep much better, daytime I can’t tell.
I used to eat 6 small meals a day, but I have hardly been eating 1 full meal a day, so added vitamins it is.
