What is the usual visa processing time for UK ?
Hey all,
I am new here and new to the process as well, I have an experience letter with roles & responsibilities but there is no contact detail on the letter (Phone number or email-address). I asked them to add the phone number & email address of the HR on the letter but they refused to do so. Can someone help me? Cant put the whole thing here because of word limit. Kindly give this link a view and share your opinion.

1. A friend of mine is employed through an Indian outsourcing consulting firm as a python developer. He knows shit about python. The consulting firm has hired a real python developer in India who actually does my friend's client work.
2. People in H1B are supposed to be paid the same as their peers. Accenture gets around this by creating a separate entity that only hires Indians. They are all underpaid because no American peers to compare with. So they can hire more for less and take away jobs from Americans.
Yes, you are underpaid because of H1Bs. I am on an H1B (not Indian though) and it is ridiculous how much this is abused. Trump is right to clamp down. Sadly genuine cases are also feeling the pinch of the crack down.
Something we internationals know pretty well. The H1b program loopholes have been extremely abused to bring cheap Indian labor to substitute American workers
And sure, there are exceptions, but make no mistake, it’s mostly about bringing cheap India workers, period
This abuse is hurting all of us (except corporations, and Indian people desperate to come to the US even with a shitty salary)
Absolutely you’re paid less. H1B tech workers are paid much less than equivalent American jobs. Consultants know it, corporations know it, it feels like the only people who do not know it is the government who should be enforcing this. Then, because they are paid less, they are billed for less which puts downward pressure on all bill rates and consequently your salary must be lower.
I’ve seen this from three sides, as a consultant, as management and as an independent contractor. It is very real.
