Can you please review my resume and offer some constructive feedback on how to improve it?

Why do QQQ instead of TQQQ for long term hold?
I think their treatment of Zillow was telling. Per ARK, Zillow was going to disrupt real estate with AI, and they loaded up shares. Until Zillow fell on its face in public. No recognition from ARK, no forewarning from their team of “experts.” Just dumped their shares and piled into Teladoc, which is supposedly going to disrupt healthcare with AI.
If they can’t tell true disruption from hype, they’re just shooting in the dark. That’ll work with 0% interest rates and the Fed pumping money in the market, but not in a normal market.

If would not want to buy it now, that tells me I would sell if I held it
