So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.
Hello fishes
Being Scrum Master what are the requirements from Capgemini or Clients to put me to Onsite role? (Either it may be Certifications, Qualifications, External factors or any challenges anybody faced surprisingly)
Please help me here to understand, as there's discussions going on and I don't want to let go this opportunity!Capgemini
I was selected in TCS in May 2022. Had accepted the offer but didn't complete further process(BGV and all). Now I am getting innumerous numbers of calls daily from TCS to attend the interview. So I attended one yesterday and got selected as well. Now they're asking me to complete profile on TCS ibegin portal. But it is saying duplicate profile found(due to PAN no.) as I had already accepted offer few months back from some different email id. And my profile is still there in the system. What should I do?

I would reconsider. Expecting huge layoffs for recruiters (many are already laid off). Experienced recruiters will be in job market soon and most of us do not like our jobs after a decade so there’s that too :)
Creative recruiter would be a fantastic pivot for you! The issues is usually comp. External staffing agencies pay $50-60K base plus commission and internal entry level roles tend to pay a bit more but without commission. It depends if you’re willing to take what will likely be a comp cut for the first 1-2 years as a recruiter imo.
Absolutely willing to take that pay cut as long as I find a team that is willing to invest in my growth and help me as I learn a new career!
