As everyone knows rents right now are super low. My current apartment in other units is going for about 30% less than what I'm paying. I've been in the same unit for 3 years but can't justify paying as much as I am. I also don't want to move. Anyone think I can drop the rent by 30% I've never been able to get that low. But we've never had a situation like this.

lam about to join a new org in a few days and they have planned a travel to Europe for me to get Technical KT. But the thing is they said only for 2 weeks. They are going to file a business visa(l can stay up to 90 days). I want to spend some more time there( atleast 2 months). How I can convince them to increase this duration?

They gave large raises to 95% of our employees across all specialties (some called what they got "life changing") but our group was overlooked or disregarded with no explanation! So I rage applied for a job without really proofreading my updated resume.. I got a phone screen despite a bunch of really poorly written bullet points.. I assume the recruiter is quite overloaded to care, but I actually like the position. Is it fine to ask if I may update the resume following the phone screen (if it is successfully passed)?
