Google Application Tips?
Team - I have been applying to numerous roles at google for the past several months, with no success despite referrals. There are roles where my resume literally describes each bullet in the role requirement, yet no luck. Am I missing something? Are there things that folks have tried that have worked for getting google interviews?

I don’t have much advice to offer but this kind of thinking from leaders in hiring positions is so flawed.
“Your designs are amazing. You’ve worked at great companies. You have a good tenure at your past jobs, Eagle Scout, served in the Peace Corps, a member of the Freemasons … but the way they do things at your past jobs isn’t how we do things.”

I would suggest to avoid starting at FAANG. Obviously they are hiring the most talented people and you would probably struggle especially if you don't have enough experience.
Give yourself time to learn and do different experiences in a company where you can learn in-house, there are so many opportunities out there.
Create case studies for your portfolio in the spare time to show that you really go beyond and above. Hiring managers can spot people who have passion and are always pushing it.
I have 2 year experience in UX design and I was interviewing for senior product designer role at FAANG and some 🦄 . I am pretty sure I am disqualified given that I have limited experience in product design.
Just got a offer from a b2b marketing product company. Thankfully they like my experience in marketing industry and they are willing to take a chance on me. Planning to accept it and learn product design at work.
I have a job with a major streaming service company that is looking for agency expertise within product design. Based in NYC but are starting to look at totally remote.
Do freelance or pro bono for startups and non profits. Employers would likely value the initiative and you will build experience and work for your portfolio.
Congrats!!!!
