I am an AVP Associate Client Manager at Marsh in Energy. 3 years experience in energy- total of 10 years experience in the insurance industry formerly HNW personal. Most of my experience has been freelance and I'm a self taught engineer. Though I have worked with a vc backed start-up @100k my first real employeement and later with a smaller company @85k in a different state.

I just began working with a larger company @100k and I know I have more experience then my first gig.
The offer I accepted is one level anyway from being senior.
