I have 7.5 year of experience in Microstrategy BI tool. I have got offer from Accenture for 15.96LPA and 27% variable pay. I got another offer from infocepts for 16LPA fixed with 5% variable.
Could anyone please help me guide which is better to join. As in Accenture I am told that I will have to work in 2-11 shift where I will be getting 10k extra. Infocepts I am not aware of the project they will put me in..

Anyone know when FDD/Deal Advisory hiring will slow down? I want to wait until I get my annual rating back (I’ll be rated tier 1 or 2) and pass my cpa exams (only BEC left) to make my profile more competitive. I also have a rotation coming up in CMAAS (advisory) which should also help. But im scared of waiting too long to apply and missing out on the hiring frenzy that’s been going on. Any thoughts?

Accept offer? Just became a staff 2 in EY Audit and being offered a senior audit position with Cohn Reznick. I still have pending interviews for an associate position in FDD/SAT, but should I accept the senior position if my ultimate goal is to get into FDD/SAT and nothing else pans out? I currently work for a mid market firm (regionally known, ranked between top 30 and 50). I am doing well and very well liked here. It’s a great fit culturally and I rarely work more than 45 hours a week doing FDD and my total comp is 115K this year. The last transaction I worked on closed for $380M so I do get to see deals of larger sizes. I’ve only been here about a year. I got an opportunity to leave to an investment banking role. Should I take it?
