I applied two different roles at McKinsey yesterday: a specialist role and an implementations role. How long does it take before a recruiter responds for these types of roles?

Anyone in the AML/Compliance field? I have been an analyst/investigator for almost 3 years and have moved up with small salary increase two times ($5k in total over 2.5 years). I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running. I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?
