Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Currently have 2 offers on hand, coming from a big 4 advisory. Which one would be better for longer term growth in both skill set and salary? Goal is to go to industry in corp dev or M&A integration in 3-4 years or M7 MBA, but nothing set in stone.

Have anyone of you given the Amazon Online Assessment for MBA summer internship 2023? If so, how long does it take for Amazon to reach out with a decision about next round post OA ?
It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back anything yet. Looking to see if it’s the same with fellow applicants. Thank you

Yes - you will receive full time offers this summer post your internship and usually those come with deadlines (can vary by firm/region). However, that deadline would most likely be prior to your start date for winter 2023 internship. My advice is to do the winter internship (especially if in audit) as this will give you the true intern experience/more like what a staff deals with in their first busy season. Also depends on how you feel after the summer’s internship as well, if you really like the group you are interning with, might not matter what the winter experience would be like
I would love to do a winter internship, however I run into the issue of possibly ruining my ties with the first firm by declining their return offer to do another firms Internship. On the other hand if I do not accept the winter internship and end up not liking the summer internship then I have nowhere to go.
The firms are more flexible than you think. There would most likely be an ability to do a winter internship at EY if you decline now and do a summer internship at KPMG/PwC. At least in the Northeast where I am located, we and all the Big4 are really looking for good talent, so depending on where you are located, you can use that as leverage
