When do you know it’s time to move on? Been at the same company 6+ years, and killing my quota consistently (last 5 years 25%+ when team growth goals were 3-6%). Coworker just got promoted to sales manager because she got an MBA and now I have to report to her. I have double the years in sales on her and the success to back it up. I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I may have been just targeted with a phishing call on my work phone. Some old lady telling me I called her and asked why. I said I did not call her. She’s like well who are you. So I told her my name and where I work. Then she says well someone is using your phone… then I said ok I’ll look into it. Only hit me later that it maybe a phishing call. Reported to security.
