Hi Amazonians,
I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?
Amazon
Not bad for lunch break.

It's fine. If older they say too old. Ageist society. Work youth to your advantage.
Then make them take you seriously by impressing on them your expertise, experience and attitude. And if that requires change of appearance because that's how shallow they are, fine-tune it.
Whenever a client makes a comment about how young i am to be doing what I'm doing, i always respond with "I'm much older than i look, my acne keeps me young." They immediately assume I'm in my 30's, hilarious, and really good looking for my age. I've been using that line since i was 22 lol
It's definitely because you're a girl. No other reason.
Agree with P1, Competence trumps age and looks. Remain focused on exceptional delivery and keep challenging yourself.
Work harder
They also immediately respect me more because they assume I'm their age
Enjoy your youth and kick ass. You'll wish you were younger if you stay here long enough
Insecurity.
My client once said I look like I'm in high school 😂😂😂
I don't know how many times I have been asked whether I was the summer student. However, I have found over the years that it didn't matter how "young" I looked - it is more about how professional, confident , and capable you are when it comes to delivering. Once they know you as a professional and trusted advisor, your young looks become a bonus!
I've thought about lying when people ask, but my LinkedIn profile makes it pretty apparent how old I am. Aren't some of you guys afraid of getting caught lying or the awkwardness of clearly dodging the age question?
If young, don't lie. If old, hide your years on LinkedIn.
I've always had a similar issue. Agree with P1 and everyone else: be ultra professional in appearance and demeanor. I stick to suits or blazers no matter how casual the environment.
You need to be both young and hot to be taken seriously
Use your looks to your advantage
Every stage of life comes with its unique pros and cons. You can either approach this with stress and worry (albeit about different things at each stage) or enjoy the journey and make the most of what each stage offers.
