Hi fishes, I recently got an offer from Epam anywhere (Lead Software Engineer A4) - 30LPA and Uplers - 32LPA (offer being rolled out) So far i really like EPAM anywhere as an employer but overall CTC is not satisfactory.. I am aware of their 50k bench policy but i think i can ask for a fixed CTC as per the new salary structure (correct me if i am wrong here) Do you guys think i can counter EPAM anywhere with the higher offer. What's the salary range for Lead Software Engineer A4?@ TIA

Help Needed: People who have recently joined PwC and have not got project are filling 8hrs against Bench code? Or they are filling it falsely with some other codes like L&D etc. as well? What if I keep filling 8hrs against Bench till I get project? Will it have any negative impact? How to smartly fill this time ? First time I have seen these many codes for a single day in an organization. Otherwise companies have only project code or Bench that's it.
Finally on bench for first time in 10 months, don't like seeing my gf every day having doubts, not good.

HCL Technologies HR and I agreed to 14LPA salary for 3YOE (DE role) and she told me she needs to get approval and will then roll off the offer in 2-3 days. (But in the managerial round, manager was okay with it and forwarded my application to the HR round). She did not request for any documents. Is it possible that she decided not to go forward because of the compensation? I don’t want to sit hoping for the offer..
This is my first week at D. I filled my DTE with the GAA code for the 5 days since in bench. In staffit for Mon and tue automatically it showed 8 hrs for training and is showing empty for Wed thur Fri.. Do I need to update anything in staffit? Or just click confirm schedule?

Hi guys, Again that manager is asking me to apply the Project code when I am on leave and he wants me to apply those 2 days leave when I was on bench in Myte. My leaves would be saved but when I said pls give a written note on mail so that I won't be in any trouble since I am applying Project code in myte when I am on leave..he refused for any email confirmation.He said let's not move forward.I will inform the Onshore project manager on this.I don't know what to do.
Being on the bench this time around is seriously starting to take a toll on my mental health - have others experienced this after weeks of projects falling through or lack there of ?
