I finally have a day off and I get sick. Typical
Hey. Just remember, it’s gonna be alright.

They bought you for the day. There will always be downtime just like there will always be emails or texts you are answering at ungodly hours. It all works out.
Agree with Producer 1. They booked your time, they owe you for it. If you conscientiously feel the need to, you can tell your supervisor that it's slow and offer to help out in other stuff for them. But no one will begrudge you for a slow day that they booked you for. It's like a session. If you booked all day but the work only took 4 hours, you still bought the day.
Dude, you bill from the time you open the agency door until the minute you exit the building. Period. Slow, busy? Irrelevant!
If you're there in the office working on one client then all that time is billed to that client whether you're busy or not. There is always something you can be doing. Researching partners, organizing the project, learning. That's my two cents.
Depends on how you've negotiated the project. Day rate? 40 hrs/week no matter what? Fuckem. If they're billing by the hour and you haven't negotiated a weekly minimum then keep yourself busy "researching" or ask for more work.
It's on them to send you home if there's down time.
Same thing with sex workers.
Sprinkle the downtime across your jobs
Thanks, Everyone!!
