Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

No. One. Cares. Do your work, do it well, make sure your results speak louder than your fashion.
If youre hot, you can wear anything ;)

I wouldn’t say I care, as it’s about your whole self and how you act professionally, but a client might.

I’ve contemplated this a lot. Nowadays it shouldn’t be considered unprofessional and if you think about it then it could be seen as them imposing gender norms on guys. But the bottom line is we can’t stop people in power from thinking of us differently if we decide to wear them. So you either have to accept that (brave) or conform. I have friends that have been brave but I’ve decided since I’m on the younger side I should be more risk averse
They should really be hoops
I just got a flashback to that SNL skit.
😆 I wear mine could care less what anyone thinks

I guess the real question is why as a guy would you wear earrings?
No one is going to judge you more or less than normal.

Wear your studs unapologetically, pimp.
Yes but new times so go for it.
What type of studs? We should be encouraged to bring our whole selves to work, so if it looks professional there are no issues. Will some higher ups and clients be against it? Absolutely. As others have said bravery is good, but caution is wise too.
I’m a dude and I have hair down to my shoulders. Nobody cares. Just do your work.
Creatives and CX folks get away with it all the time.

Only if you have a tooth gem too
Honestly, I really think this depends on whether you’re attractive or not. Yes some people will think it’s unprofessional, others won’t care at all.
If you’re attractive though, people will tend to not care as much in my experience.
