Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

I would say interview for a manager role. Anyone with 4 years experience in the big 4 should leave as a manager assuming you are interviewing for a similar industry you worked in public. Honestly, I would say 20% minimum. The market has never been hotter than right now.
One word of advice is to go to Glassdoor or indeed and apply for all of the openings yourself. A recruiter takes as much as 30% of your base pay the first year. Companies are willing to pay you more if you don’t go through a recruiter.
Just to clarify, I believe it was an additional 7k a year. Not 20k
Impostor syndrome. Never be afraid to bet on yourself. If it doesn’t work out, you can always go back to any of the Big 4. (Not that you need a safety net but always nice having one).
15% is not that much. Aim for 20-25. You won’t offend anyone. Seriously.
Goal is 20% min, I’d try for 30% don’t undervalue yourself
