I averaged exactly 60/week in my first year at Arnold. Which came out to $12.50/hour after taxes.
When I was a junior 50 hours was average for me.
40-50 but usually close to 40
After a year the mundane shit is pretty automatic and hours drop. Concepting always takes as long as it takes.
60.
close to 70 and expected to work most weekends
i started as a manager but would agree with 50. if you're outside of that, it's a time management issue.
When I was a Jr. AD it was 50-55 hrs/wk. As a CW, I'm 40-45.
About 45-50 at the office.
40-50
Definitely outside of 50. Probably closer to 60. I'm definitely trying to learn to work faster and still maintain a high standard of work, but god damn is that hard when you're super spread thin on a ton of accounts and a small dedicated team. Those of you who are above the junior level, at what point did you feel like you were creating shit faster?
40 - 50
About that, AD2 😅
Usually only a little over 40. Is that bad?
45
Billing for 45-55. Stressing for 60-70.
50-80 we’re swamped right now and managing like 4 campaigns for different clients.
Just did my time sheets. Worked 86 hours this week. Worked the weekend too.
How you feeling, AC1? That's insane.
OP, I can't even begin to tell you! But it'll all be worth it :)
