Drink horse milk you will be fine
Hear ya.. #Lifelongteenagers
Stop drinking cows milk and switch to almond milk. I grew up drinking a glass of milk a day and didn't realize it triggers acne
Go to a dermatologist... If you are female, go on spirlactone...there is really no reason to suffer with this. The earlier you get acne, the longer you will have it.
Why did you post this here?
Use Mario Badescu drying cream and Cosrx pimple patch!
Go see your derm, the above suggestions are great, but everyone's skin is different. You could have some underlying issue (eg. Yeast) that only a prescription can fix
It will.
Drink Bull milk
Have you guys ever had Ayrag? Fucking disgusting
I never ever drink milk - I do love a good Dairy Queen though.
Your acne will automatically disappear if you drink tonnes of water every day. Sure changing your diet helps but I didn't change mine but just increased my water intake and it disappeared in weeks .
I think my case is hormonal. I was on accutane 3 years ago. That was the only thing that worked for me. I've been off of it for 3 but it started again
Spironolactone has worked wonders for me
But I don't want to take something for life! Do you have to take spiro for life? Also does it make you emotional and weepy? I know other hormonal meds did that to me
If you think it is hormonal, ask for spirlactone from your dermatolgoist.
If it's hormonal (cystic pimples typically on chin and jawline), you can drink green tea or matcha, which really helps. Green tea is high in antioxidants and helps lower your androgens (male hormones) that can trigger hormonal breakouts. I've been drinking a teaspoon of matcha everyday for the past month and have noticed a I've difference on my skin.
Also try to cut out dairy as mentioned above. You are consuming hormones from another mammal which can also cause a hormonal balance which leads to acne.
Acne.org, give it a try. That regimen is a life saver... Give it a chance and you won't regret it.
