As an advisory cyber strategy manager making $150k base, why I cannot find a career case justifying MBA cost?

I am looking to transition into Medical billing and coding. Any assistance with which may be the best online school to go to would be greatly appreciated. Also any information as to how the pay scale is structured whether is it based on the certification you get or the place you work such a hospital, doctors office ect. Would be greatly appreciate it. MBB Consultants, what is the North Americas electrification practice like at McK, Bain and BCG? I'm a T2 consultant (LEK, ATK, Alix) with a focus on Auto and Commercial electrification. I've 2 YOE post MBA in this space but feel like MBB is a better bet long term in this space (projects, growth, exits or) in the 2-5 years post MBA.

I just received an offer from Deloitte USDC coming on as a Investigations Senior Consultant @ $110k, $5k signing bonus, 100% remote position (requested) Can Someone explain what benefits are afforded to me? Is the 401k match the same? Recruiter stated 3 weeks and 3 days of PTO…does that mean 18 days or 24 days? Also, can someone clarify the parental leave policy as compared to core?
