Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Things are not as fast paced or as exciting as agency side, but I have also been dragging out tasks due to procrastination and just feeling lost. How can I do better?

My company just said no overnight stays unless 150 miles or more and we can’t go over 149 per night. The boss said it came down from corporate but no one on the sales team got a corporate email. It seems like this is just a instruction from our immediate boss and people with big territories are upset because this new policy makes it more challenging to cover ground in certain areas of your territory. Has any of your employer used PIP as a way to fire you? I'm a female POC just getting started in my entry level role and my company does not have a history of using PIP on their associate, but after I gave their academy training a bad review in the survey, my manager is trying to put my on a PIP while the people who started out at the same time are not on it.
