Would you hesitate to hire someone due to typos on a business plan? My resume is spotless, & I come highly recommended by management and peers for the position. This week has been absolutely exhausting, and long story short, I noticed I misspelled “Houston” as “Huston” on the FIRST PAGE of my business plan.. TWICE!! 😩 I can’t believe I let that happen during such a critical interview. It was spelled correctly everywhere else, but it just looks sloppy. I am worried I am not going to get the job.

Hi I work in patient finance and I am desperately bored with my job. I have a bachelors which isn’t a requirement for my role. I have been applying non stop to jobs that do require a bachelors and I am qualified for. Either I don’t get called for an interview or when I do I’m not selected. Sorry for another question about tipping vendors, but can someone point to any norms for NYC/NJ-based weddings? We’ve received and seen a lot of “interesting” input from others like 20% vs. a flat amount of $100-$500 vs. for photography to tip 1-2% per image that we would hang up. And then what if a vendor has multiple helpers? For reference, 20% on some of our contracts is $1,200. *Specifically for vendors where tip is not included in their contacts.
