I have resigned last week from TCS.Today manager pinged on teams & asked all details like Skillset, Exp, exp in current account, project and reasons for resignation & hike %,if applicable. I replied reasons as location change, learning growth and hike. Then he asked. if I will stay in tcs if given preferred location and account change. I said yes ,if its along with good hike. Now he is asking which company I got the offer from& current salary and offered salary.Can i tell these things to him, pls help.
Hi fishes, I joined early of June in NTT DATA as a senior software developer. After few internal project interviews I been selected very soon into one project. Laptop was delivered to my home address but no work assigned. I asked multiple times my manager to raise a ticket to install required software like visual studio. Manager said I'll raise ticket but I think she didn't raised. It's been 1 Month no one is assigning work. How should I do. Should I enjoy my free time or should I ask my mana ½
Tata Consultancy I have received an offer letter where Bangalore is mentioned as work location but I got a call from the project manager where I need to join that I need to work from office mode from Hyderabad location. What should I do ?

I definitely understand where you're coming from - clients like that can be a real headache. However, it's important to remember that they are paying your bills, so try to find a way to tolerate them as best you can. Maybe set some boundaries regarding what you're willing to put up with, and if they cross them, don't be afraid to speak up.
Ohhhh you have no idea how often I wonder this same thing! "Yes, I know you went to school with our CEO..." I swear that guy's the biggest name-dropping creep I've ever met in my life. Really bugs me because I work so hard but he will never, ever be pleased
I'm really fortunate in that my job is just insulated enough where I don't have to interact directly with the clients, it's all second-hand. Can be a bit confusing at times when I feel like I'm getting conflicting directions but it beats your situation hands down. Sorry you're going through this :(
